Operator-Led. Outcome-Focused. Built Around Your Business.
GOP works with business leadership to translate priorities into action. The engagement starts with understanding the business, establishes a clear agenda and focuses on execution and measurable progress.
How does GOP work? Every engagement follows five steps: diagnose, prioritise, plan, execute, then measure and scale. It starts with a fixed-scope diagnostic of one to two weeks, moves to a sequenced plan with an owner for every action, and then to implementation by senior operators working inside your team, with progress reviewed every week.

The five-step model
1. Diagnose
Understand the business, objectives, constraints and performance. The diagnostic has a fixed scope and timeline, and looks at true margin, customers, pricing, sales process, operations, supply chain, working capital, organisation and governance. Read what a growth diagnostic should cover.
2. Prioritise
Identify the opportunities with the strongest strategic and commercial rationale, quantify the gap to your target and agree what to do first.
3. Plan
Define initiatives, ownership, milestones, dependencies and measures. The plan follows a deliberate order: cost and value first, then demand and reach, then the system that holds it in place.
4. Execute
Work with leadership to advance priorities, resolve bottlenecks and review progress. GOP's operators work inside your team, against predefined measures, not as a periodic advisory check-in.
5. Measure and Scale
Evaluate results, document learning and identify the next set of opportunities. Baselines are set during the diagnostic, so every review starts with the scoreboard: what moved, what did not, and who owns the next step.

Operators who deliver
GOP's operators bring plant, sales, marketing, supply chain and governance experience. They have run businesses, so they understand the people on the ground and know how to enlist them as enablers of change. See our people and how GOP compares with consultants.
Frequently asked questions
How does GOP begin an engagement?
With an initial discussion to understand the business challenge, intended outcomes and whether the capabilities and scope are a fit. For promoters this is usually a free diagnostic conversation.
Will GOP work with our existing leadership team?
Yes. The intended model is to work with leadership and agreed stakeholders, with responsibilities clearly defined.
How often will progress be reviewed?
Review frequency is agreed based on the nature of the engagement and the management requirements. Most engagements use a weekly scoreboard review.
What happens when the engagement ends?
You keep the scoreboard, routines and trained owners, so results do not depend on GOP or on promoter attention.
