Credibility Through Experience. Confidence Through Evidence.
Strong execution depends on understanding the challenge, selecting the right priorities and delivering work of the required quality. GOP brings relevant professional experience to its engagements and is committed to measuring its own outcomes transparently.
What experience stands behind GOP? GOP's practice leads bring prior-career manufacturing results, including capacity doubled in heat exchangers, changeover cut by 45% in a press shop, throughput up 50% in fabrication and manpower optimised by 32% in a new fan plant. These predate GOP and are not GOP client results. GOP's own case studies will be published as engagements complete.
The experience behind GOP
Institutional foundation
Executive education, including the IIM Calcutta Executive Programme, and engineering and management qualifications.
Professional pedigree
Senior roles across manufacturing, telecom, media, lighting, logistics, textiles, fintech, retail and finance.
Quality of execution
Plant design, shop-floor transformation, commercial engines and brand building, run rather than only advised.
Demonstrated impact
Quantified prior-career outcomes, shown below with their context and attribution.
Prior-career outcomes of GOP practice leads
Each outcome below is shown in the same format: the business context, what was done, what changed, and who did it. Client names are withheld.
Heat exchangers: capacity doubled
- Business context: a heat exchanger manufacturer needed more output from its existing plant.
- Intervention: takt, flow and pull implementation, so work is pulled through the plant instead of pushed in batches.
- Outcome: installed capacity doubled, with no additional floor space.
- Attribution: prior-career work by the senior practitioners who now lead GOP's manufacturing and supply chain practice, done before GOP. Not a GOP client result. The client is not named.
Press shop: changeover from 70 to 40 minutes
- Business context: a press shop was losing production hours to long changeovers.
- Intervention: changeover reduction, separating the work that needs the press stopped from the work that does not, then standardising the routine.
- Outcome: changeover time cut from 70 to 40 minutes, a 45% reduction, raising available production hours.
- Attribution: prior-career work by the senior practitioners who now lead GOP's manufacturing and supply chain practice, done before GOP. Not a GOP client result. The client is not named.

Fabrication: throughput up 50%, capacity doubled
- Business context: a fabrication line could not keep up with demand.
- Intervention: line and flow improvement on the fabrication line.
- Outcome: throughput up 50% and productivity up 60%; capacity doubled from 50 to 100 units a month; manpower down 25%; footprint 40% smaller.
- Attribution: prior-career work by the senior practitioners who now lead GOP's manufacturing and supply chain practice, done before GOP. Not a GOP client result. The client is not named.

Fan manufacturer, new plant of 6 lakh units a month
- Business context: a fan manufacturer was building a new plant.
- Intervention: an optimised plant design, compared with a conventional design for the same volume.
- Outcome: manpower optimised by 32% (from 817 to 558), and the plant built in 40% less space than conventional design.
- Attribution: prior-career work by the senior practitioners who now lead GOP's manufacturing and supply chain practice, done before GOP. Not a GOP client result. The client is not named.

Materials handling redesign: 60% manpower optimisation
- Business context: a plant was being brought live.
- Intervention: conveyorised flow in place of manual movement between operations.
- Outcome: the plant went live with 60% manpower optimisation.
- Attribution: prior-career work by the senior practitioners who now lead GOP's manufacturing and supply chain practice, done before GOP. Not a GOP client result. The client is not named.
Across fans and motors, home appliances, electricals and switchgear, heat exchangers, elevators, gears and engineering components, FMCG and household products, consumer durables and electronics, paper and packaging, and e-commerce fulfilment, GOP's practice leads have worked with 70+ manufacturers.
GOP client outcomes
As GOP completes engagements, it will publish documented case studies in the form challenge, GOP intervention, measured outcome. Every case study will state:
- Client disclosure status and permissions
- Business context
- Starting point or baseline
- GOP's actual scope of work
- Implementation period
- Measures used
- Results achieved
- Whether the result is realised, estimated or targeted
- Relevant caveats and external factors
A team member's prior-career achievement will never be presented as a GOP client result.
How to read anyone's results, including ours
Before you rely on any consultant's results, ask a few questions. Was the figure measured the same way before and after, on the same definition? Over what period was it measured, and has it held since? What was the starting condition, and how similar is it to your business? Who did the work: the people who would work on your business, or someone else? In GOP's own engagements, baselines are set during the diagnostic and agreed with the client's team, and progress is tracked weekly on a shared scoreboard.
Our commitment
We aim to be clear about what was done, who was responsible, how progress was measured and what the evidence supports.
Outcomes on this page are prior-career work of GOP practice leads, not GOP client results. Outcomes depend on the starting condition of each business and cannot be guaranteed.
