2. Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, business email, organisation, role (optional), phone number (optional), whether you are a business promoter, investor, PE/VC fund or other, the topic you want to discuss, your business revenue band (optional) and any additional context you add. We also record the IP address the form was sent from and the time it was received.
When you visit any page, our web server keeps standard access logs (such as IP address, page requested, date and time, and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
3. How information is used
We use contact-form information only to read and respond to your enquiry, and to manage any business relationship that follows from it. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Contact-form data
Your enquiry is sent by email to GOP's mailbox at gop@sbssdigital.com through the sbssdigital.com mail server. An automatic acknowledgement is sent to the email address you entered; it includes your name but not your message. Your IP address is also used, briefly and in memory only, to limit how many messages can be sent from one connection, which protects the form against abuse. Please do not send confidential financial documents or data through the form.
5. Cookies and analytics
The public pages of this website do not set cookies and do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
6. Third-party service providers
The website runs on a server managed for GOP, and email is delivered through the sbssdigital.com mail service. No other third party receives contact-form data from the website.
7. Data retention
Enquiry emails are kept in GOP's mailbox for as long as they are needed to respond to the enquiry and to manage any resulting engagement. Web server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
8. Security measures
The website is served only over HTTPS. The contact form validates every submission on the server, checks that requests come from this website, filters automated submissions and limits repeated submissions from one connection.
